Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment home. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit per apartment and $250 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet under 30 pounds, $40 for pets 31 to 49 pounds, and $50 for pets over 50 pounds. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1 year old. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
