Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment home. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit per apartment and $250 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet under 30 pounds, $40 for pets 31 to 49 pounds, and $50 for pets over 50 pounds. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1 year old. Please contact the leasing office for additional information including fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small animals, and animal rules.
